Thomas P. Gannon is a Founding Partner and is now Special Counsel to the law firm now known as Schlesinger Lazetera & Auchincloss LLP.
Mr. Gannon represents individuals, families, fiduciaries and other clients with respect to all aspects of trusts and estates law and related tax and substantive legal areas, including estate planning, trust and estate administration, charitable matters, prenuptial planning, personal and family planning and related family business planning, and in connection with contested matters.
He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. He is also a former member of the Committee on Trusts, Estates & Surrogate’s Courts of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Mr. Gannon has lectured frequently and for several years served as an adjunct faculty member teaching estate planning at the New York University’s School of Continuing Education.
Mr. Gannon received a B.F.A. from New York University in 1973 and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law at Newark in 1982.
